How it works
Pick a test
Prices are on the site. If you are not sure which one fits, ring and we will talk you through it in about two minutes.
Book and pay
Pay online and choose a time from the calendar. You get a confirmation with exactly what we will be doing.
We sample the property
Most visits take under an hour. Presumptive results are given on the spot; everything else goes to a NATA-accredited laboratory.
You get a report
A written result you can hand to an agent, an insurer or a solicitor — with the sampling method and the laboratory's findings stated.
What we will tell you honestly
- If a cheaper test will answer your question, we will say so rather than upsell you.
- If the test you have picked cannot do what you need it to — settle a dispute, satisfy an insurer — we will tell you before you pay, not after the report lands.
- A clear result is a clear result for the surfaces we sampled on the day. It is not a guarantee about the whole property forever, and we will not write it up as one.
- We test. We do not write remediation plans and we do not do the clean-up, so there is nothing we stand to gain from your result coming back positive.

Ipswich runs some of the oldest housing stock in the south east alongside some of the newest, and they need different tests.
