Where we test
Across South East Queensland, from Caboolture down to Coolangatta and west through Ipswich. Travel inside these areas is included in the price.
Brisbane
Inner-city apartments through to older Queenslanders in the western suburbs. We test for buyers, landlords and agents right across greater Brisbane.
Logan
High rental turnover through the Logan corridor means a lot of end-of-tenancy testing. We cover Springwood down through to Beenleigh.
Gold Coast
Short-stay letting and high-density towers bring their own problems. We test the length of the coast and inland through the hinterland.
Moreton Bay
From the growth suburbs around North Lakes up to Caboolture and out to the bayside, we test across the whole Moreton Bay region.
Redlands
The bayside suburbs and the islands are well inside our patch, with the same accredited lab work and the same turnaround.
Ipswich
Ipswich runs some of the oldest housing stock in the south east alongside some of the newest, and they need different tests.
