Most Brisbane bookings fall into two camps: a buyer who wants a property screened before the building and pest deadline, and a landlord who has just had a tenancy end badly. The first is usually working to a contract date, so tell us the date when you book and we will tell you honestly whether the lab turnaround fits inside it.
Older timber homes in the inner and western suburbs are worth a word of warning. Porous surfaces, original paint and open roof cavities hold residue in ways that a rendered modern build does not, and a single whole-property composite in a house like that is more likely to average a real problem away. If the property is pre-1980s and you actually suspect something, start at by-room.
Unit blocks add a scheduling wrinkle — building management often wants notice before anyone samples in common areas. Mention the building when you book.
