Most Redlands bookings are owner-occupier and small investor housing through Cleveland, Capalaba, Thornlands and the Point suburbs. It is usually a landlord who has had a tenancy go wrong, or a buyer who wants a property screened before they are committed to it.
The bay islands are the exception to everything. Access is by barge, which changes the shape of the visit and the scheduling, so island bookings need more lead time and the price reflects the travel. Ring rather than booking online for anything on the islands and we will work out a time that fits the timetable.
